About Towner, Colorado
Towner is a census-designated place (CDP) in and governed by Kiowa County, Colorado, United States. As of the 2020 census, its population was 18. It is the easternmost town in Colorado, located less than 2 miles (3 km) from the Kansas state line, along Colorado State Highway 96.
