Low ceilings causing MVFR to LIFR conditions will slowly begin to
lift as the morning continues. This afternoon scattered showers
and storms expected throughout the region, once again dropping
conditions to below VFR as they move through. VFR returns
overnight, however ceilings are expected to lower by tomorrow
morning once again.
