High pressure will remain across the region through this weekend, with warm and dry conditions prevailing through the period. Near normal to slightly above normal temperatures are expected over the weekend, with high temperatures ranging in the mid 80s to low 90s. Some breezy south to southeasterly winds will persist over the area through early this evening, then diminish tonight and into early Sunday morning. Overnight lows are expected to remain in the low to mid 60s tonight and again Sunday night into Monday morning.

Expect dry and warm weather through Tuesday as an upper level high remains in control of our weather. Temperatures will remain above normal, the warmest being in the lower 90s, otherwise 80s for highs. The ridge will break down a little bit by the middle of next week and will result in low chances of rain Tuesday and Wednesday. The coverage will be isolated so much of the area will not see any rainfall. Expect dry weather Thursday through Saturday of next week. Temperatures will still be above normal. Do not see any significant cold fronts for at least the next 10 days.

VFR conditions will continue through the next 24 hours. South to southeast winds will continue to increase through this afternoon and diminish by later this afternoon across most TAF sites. The higher wind speeds up to 22 knots are expected mainly at KABI and KSJT this afternoon. Otherwise, expect breezy winds to diminish by tonight and into the overnight hours, and increase again later Sunday morning.
