Elbing is a city in Butler County, Kansas, United States. It is named after the city ElblÄ…g (German: Elbing) in northern Poland, formerly Prussia. As of the 2020 census, the population of the city was 226. It is located about 10.7 miles east of Interstate 135 in Newton, along the Union Pacific Railroad.
